Franco makes every effort to guarantee that you are pleased with the items you have bought.
When a product is wrong, defective, or damaged, we will refund the shipping price; but we will not refund the delivery charge if the product is just unwanted.

We deliver according to the schedule stated for each product, although deadlines for some goods may be longer due to product availability.
Delivery will only be made to the shipping address you specify; it is your obligation to guarantee that the address can be sent to during normal business hours.
Within 14 days after purchase, you may exchange from our shop Franco or our online store.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition. We cannot replace or refund any shoes with sole marks or scratches.
